Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Counter Cashier to join our team. As a Front Counyer Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a bright welcome a smooth order process for our customers.

Duties:

- Operate cash registers and POS systems to place orders accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision

- Maintain a clean and organized order counter

- Assist customers with any menu questions

- Ensure that all orders are accurately and timely entered

- Push out dine in and to go orders

- Follow proper sanitization protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Collaborate with team members to meet needs of customers

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas

Qualifications:

-Bright smile and welcoming personality

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers

- Knowledge of POS systems, such as Toast POS, is a plus

- Ability to handle food safely

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
